Your inquiry and your information.

What you send

The contact form asks for your name, email and project message. You may also provide your company, website, services of interest, budget and preferred start. Your consent and submission language are recorded. You may attach an optional PDF or DOC brief up to 10 MB. It is kept with your private inquiry, outside the public media library, and removed when the inquiry is deleted. Existing backups may retain a copy. A short-lived, essential confirmation cookie is set only after an inquiry is saved.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your request and reply to you about your project. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Private inquiry inbox

Inquiries are stored in the website’s private Payload inbox. Only the authenticated owner can read and manage this inbox. Inquiry records remain until the owner manually deletes them. No automatic deletion schedule or fixed retention period is configured.

Email notifications

In this local version, notification emails are captured locally by a non-delivering transport; they are not sent to an external email service. The production email provider, sender and notification recipient have not been selected. This policy must be updated with the actual arrangement before launch.

Local storage and future hosting

The local website uses SQLite and local storage. The external PostgreSQL provider and final production hosting arrangements are not yet confirmed. Production storage locations, provider access, security logging and backup handling must be reviewed before this policy is approved. No production data-location or deletion guarantee is made by this draft.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the contact form to ask about your inquiry information or request a correction or manual deletion. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential documents in the form. A public privacy contact and the applicable legal details still need owner confirmation before publication.

Before this policy is published

The owner must review both languages, confirm the actual mail and database providers, check the factual and legal wording, and set a reviewed update date. This seed is a draft, not a completed legal review.
